Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operating expenses and optimize capital allocation.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors regarding market trends and fiscal strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting accuracy and automation of data workflows.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective financial strategies.
- Manage monthly closing processes and ensure adherence to rigorous financial compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and complex financial statements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on data visualization.
