Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to analyze variance trends and drive corrective action plans.
- Oversee monthly reporting packages, ensuring high accuracy and insightful commentary for board reviews.
- Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational margins and capital allocation.
- Mentor junior analysts to elevate team output and technical proficiency.
- Maintain internal control standards and ensure compliance with global reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA highly preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level budgeting processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with a relentless attention to detail.
