Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Direct all accounting operations, including billing, A/P, A/R, and payroll.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide variance analysis for executive stakeholders.
- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Develop internal controls and optimize financial processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee tax filing procedures and coordinate with international tax consultants.
- Mentor and lead the accounting department to foster professional growth and team excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA license is strictly required for this position.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Proven track record of success in high-growth companies or public accounting firms.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
