Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex financial reporting for multi-entity portfolios
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX adherence
- Analyze variance trends and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with audit teams and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior accountants on technical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- SOX 404 and SEC reporting experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
