Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for 15+ entities across 3 jurisdictions
- Develop and implement advanced financial modeling tools for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal control frameworks with zero material weaknesses
- Manage cross-functional relationships with investment, legal, and operations teams
- Mentor 5+ financial analysts while establishing departmental best practices
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite
- Proven experience managing international operations with multi-currency transactions
- Strong background in M&A accounting and complex transaction structuring
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
