Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance leadership
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting initiatives across 15+ business units
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage tax strategy, treasury operations, and audit relationships
- Mentor 5-person accounting team through performance development plans
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Expertise in SEC reporting and multinational accounting standards
- Proven experience in M&A due diligence and post-merger integration
- Strong strategic financial modeling and forecasting abilities
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
