As a key member of our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between complex accounting data and high-level business strategy, ensuring fiscal health while positioning our company for sustainable scalability.
Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with absolute precision.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights for the executive management team.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public audit.
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX compliance knowledge is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct).
- Expert-level financial modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
