Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Develop and maintain internal controls exceeding SOX 404 requirements
- Drive budgeting and forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage audit relationships with Big 4 firms
- Optimize cash flow through working capital strategies
- Mentor 5-member accounting team through performance development plans
- Implement ERP system upgrades and process automation
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Power BI
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional finance teams
- Experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (ASC 606, IFRS)
