- Oversee all financial reporting, audits, and compliance for $2B+ portfolio
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes with zero-tolerance accuracy
- Develop advanced financial models for M&A and capital allocation strategies
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor 5+ finance professionals while maintaining team excellence
- Present financial narratives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Implement IFRS/GAAP compliance frameworks across 12+ jurisdictions
Qualifications
- CPA/CMA with 8+ years in Big4 or PE/VC finance leadership
- Expertise in SEC reporting and SOX compliance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Proven track record managing cross-functional finance teams
- Mastery of Power BI/Tableau for financial visualization
- Experience with hedge fund/private equity accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of tax strategies for multinational entities
