Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including board presentations and SEC filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage team of 4 accounting professionals through performance coaching and mentorship
- Optimize financial systems and processes using NetSuite and Power BI
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and analysis
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proven experience managing accounting teams in multi-entity organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
