You will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data while optimizing our reporting processes for scale.
Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Treasury functions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Develop and implement sophisticated financial forecasting models to support business strategy.
- Manage external audit processes and collaborate with regulatory bodies.
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis reporting.
- Mentor and develop the accounting staff to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Optimize internal controls and financial systems to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Deep expertise in GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement.
