Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead audit preparation and engagement with external auditors
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in team management and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in multinational corporate accounting
