Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including SEC filings and investor communications
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology integration
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance team members
- Partner with executive leadership to inform strategic financial decisions
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in GAAP/IFRS reporting standards
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI preferred)
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong leadership background with team development expertise
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
