In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, driving process improvements and providing the executive leadership team with actionable financial insights.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial modeling.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax filing requirements with international jurisdictions.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing finance team through continuous professional development.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or MBA highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within a scaling FinTech or SaaS firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting cycle times and departmental automation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
