Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Design and implement internal controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional audits and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior accountants through structured development programs
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning
- Drive automation initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and complex consolidation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Proven track record of leading financial transformation projects
- Strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
