Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead financial reporting for SEC filings and board presentations
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks
- Manage team of 5+ accountants through performance coaching
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation models
- Drive automation initiatives in financial systems
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 8+ years in public accounting/finance leadership
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial modeling
- Proven team management with 5+ direct reports
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in asset management or fintech
