Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with GAAP compliance
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX 404 audits
- Develop financial models for portfolio valuation and risk analysis
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and debt management
- Collaborate with investment teams on capital allocation strategies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board committees
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Experience with SEC reporting and multi-entity consolidation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership in cross-functional financial initiatives
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in asset management or private equity highly valued
