Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
