Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes for £1.2bn portfolio entities
- Lead financial risk assessment and internal control framework development
- Drive strategic FP&A initiatives supporting M&A activity and capital allocation
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor 5-member finance team through performance development programs
- Implement automated financial reporting systems using Power BI
- Chair quarterly financial review sessions with C-suite executives
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 8+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven expertise in investment fund accounting or private equity
- Advanced Excel modeling and SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Deep understanding of IFRS 9, AIFMD, and FCA regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Experience managing finance teams in regulated environments
