Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for executive board meetings
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process automation using NetSuite and Power BI
- Manage relationships with auditors and external financial institutions
- Lead a team of 5 finance professionals with mentorship focus
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years progressive experience in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel modeling
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
