Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll.
- Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax filing preparations.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team to foster professional excellence.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to the executive leadership team to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Deep expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel modeling.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
