Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the internal audit process and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for year-end filings and financial disclosures.
- Implement and optimize financial software systems to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Accounting preferred.
- Active CPA license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a fast-paced corporate or investment environment.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct) and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
