Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX 404 compliance initiatives and internal control frameworks
- Manage FP&A cycles, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting
- Direct cross-functional audits and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior finance professionals and optimize accounting workflows
- Drive digital transformation in financial systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting/finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials
- Expertise in SEC filings and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven leadership in high-growth environments
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience with M&A transaction accounting
