Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and GAAP compliance protocols.
- Supervise the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual financial statements.
- Develop detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive executive reporting packages and board-level presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private-equity backed or growth-stage company.
