Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting for 15+ portfolio companies
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Lead FP&A cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow across regional operations
- Drive process improvements in financial systems (Oracle NetSuite)
- Mentor 5-person finance team through professional development initiatives
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in controller/FP&A leadership role
- Expertise in IFRS and Singapore regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Power BI
- Proven experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Strong M&A transaction support background
- Exceptional analytical and stakeholder communication skills
