Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end close processes with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Lead financial forecasting and variance analysis for 15+ client portfolios
- Manage cross-functional audits with external regulators and stakeholders
- Mentor 3+ junior accountants using data-driven performance metrics
- Automate reporting workflows using Power BI and ERP systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite platforms
- Proven experience managing multi-state tax compliance
- Expertise in IFRS and GAAP reporting frameworks
- Strong background in M&A due diligence and integration
- Certification in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
