Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed operational reports for the C-Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ERP system efficiency.
- Assist in M&A activities by performing due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
