Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term business planning and budgeting cycles.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments to optimize P&L performance and resource allocation.
- Lead special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives, process improvement, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive-level presentations highlighting business trends and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
