Apex Strategies Inc. is looking for a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) division in the heart of New York City. We are a fast-growing FinTech enterprise dedicated to revolutionizing digital asset management.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop 3-year rolling forecasts in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for M&A scenarios, capital budgeting, and investment appraisal.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly management reports for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-reduction opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- CFA or CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
