Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and identify key drivers of change.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support M&A due diligence and investment decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- CFA, CPA, or CFA candidacy is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
