Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts for multiple business units.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Create executive-level presentations and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a strong plus.
