Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of complex financial models, including DCF analysis, M&A valuation, and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis and forecasting to support the executive leadership team in budgeting and strategic planning.
- Develop and present executive-level monthly and quarterly financial reports to stakeholders and board members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Investment Banking, Risk Management) to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends affecting investment portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within investment banking or private equity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong working knowledge of financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
- CFA or CPA certification is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
