Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to explain financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the investment team to assess market trends and project potential ROI.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal financial compliance standards.
- Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
