Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models (DCF, LBO, Comps) to support transaction valuations and investment decisions.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentation materials, and executive summaries for client meetings.
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Analyze macroeconomic data and market volatility to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deal processes and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a strong plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or corporate strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- CFA Level I or II candidate preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
