Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, Comps) to support M&A transactions and capital raising activities.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare high-level investor presentations and executive summaries for board meetings and client pitches.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Perform rigorous due diligence on potential acquisitions, reviewing financial statements and operational metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with deal teams to structure complex financing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience using Bloomberg Terminal or similar market data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
