Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and industry-specific research to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations and detailed reports for the Investment Committee and senior leadership.
- Due Diligence: Lead the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Forecasting: Manage annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes to ensure optimal capital allocation.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices for data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros), financial modeling software (Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ), and SQL.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: CFA or CPA designation is a significant plus.
