Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and long-term business forecasting.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting profitability.
- Prepare high-level presentations and reports for the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Partner with department heads to track ROI on major capital projects and operational initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting automation, and data integrity.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions activities through comprehensive financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
