As a key member of our Finance department, you will bridge the gap between financial data and business strategy, providing actionable insights that empower decision-makers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and M&A scenarios.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience in the financial services or capital markets sector is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
