Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads to drive strategic resource allocation.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage internal controls and financial audits, implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Streamline accounting workflows by leveraging ERP systems and financial software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or senior accounting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
