Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports with high accuracy.
- Optimize cash flow management processes and identify cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
- Present clear, data-backed financial narratives to key stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
