Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze variance in financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors impacting investment strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Provide critical support for M&A due diligence and capital structure optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with an intense attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling strategic narratives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level management.
