Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multi-billion dollar portfolios.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities and market expansions.
- Partner with C-suite executives to provide data-driven recommendations on capital allocation and liquidity management.
- Analyze monthly variance reports and identify key performance drivers to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors.
- Implement advanced BI tools and automation workflows to streamline reporting and increase data integrity.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling, VBA, and Power Query.
- Hands-on experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI software (Tableau/Power BI).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into compelling executive presentations.
