Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic investment decisions across global markets
- Present quarterly financial performance reports to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration projects
- Design and implement automated financial reporting systems using Python/SQL
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, Basel III) in all financial analyses
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in investment banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- CFA/FRM designation or CPA certification required
- Expert knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet
- Strong programming skills (Python/R/SQL) for data analysis
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks
