Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions and portfolio optimization

- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and FINRA guidelines

Qualifications
- 5+ years of investment banking or asset management experience
- CFA/FRM designation preferred or CPA with finance specialization
- Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, SQL, and Python
- Demonstrated success in modeling complex derivatives and structured products
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Track record of delivering high-stakes presentations to institutional clients
