Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Develop complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and portfolio monitoring
- Design and implement financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Drive process improvements in financial controls and reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and provide cross-functional financial guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years in financial analysis with investment/banking experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros) and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience building valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and controls
