Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support capital allocation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-making.
