Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple business units
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and controls
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate portfolio performance and risk metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting methodologies
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
