Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop financial models for M&A opportunities and capital allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Conduct complex financial valuations and risk assessments for new market entries
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and implement internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in statistical analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for executive presentations
- Experience in financial services or ESG investing highly valued
