Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A valuation, scenario analysis, and capital allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles for 15+ departments with $50M+ combined budgets
- Perform forensic financial analysis to identify market inefficiencies and investment opportunities
- Present quarterly board-level reports with executive summaries and risk mitigation frameworks
- Automate reporting dashboards using Power BI and Python to reduce manual processing by 40%
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs and case study workshops
- Comply with SEC regulations and SOX controls for public-facing financial disclosures
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking or private equity with transaction exposure
- CPA or CFA charter required with advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Experience modeling complex derivatives and structured products in volatile markets
- Demonstrated success presenting to audit committees and regulatory bodies
- MBA or Master's in Finance from top-tier institution (Wharton, LBS, INSEAD)
- Expertise in SQL for large dataset manipulation and anomaly detection
