Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and budget planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Partner with departmental heads to oversee resource allocation and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Support long-term capital planning and participate in due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, or CMA) is highly preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
